Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order and will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 24 to 48 hours, as quickly as possible, to expedite all shipping processes. Delivery of your order may take between 12 and 18 business days, depending on various factors such as availability, delivery location, and third-party carriers. Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, but in any case, we will provide you with an immediate solution, including a partial refund of your order cost.

Will I be subject to taxes and customs duties?

The prices displayed on our website are in euros and do not include taxes. For international shipments, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs service.
